Minimum Order Value

  • For delivery, a minimum spend of £300 applies (qualifying for free delivery within 20 miles of our shop).

  • There is no minimum spend for shop collection orders.

Age Restrictions

Fireworks are age-restricted products and can only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over. Proof of age will be required upon delivery or collection.

Delivery Requirements

  • An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery and provide ID.

  • If delivery fails due to no one being available or age verification not being possible, an additional charge of £30 will apply for redelivery.

  • To avoid missed deliveries, you may wish to use a business or work address where someone is available to sign.

Collections are usually available within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Returns & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us promptly. Our specialist courier will arrange safe collection. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including transport packaging). Refunds will be processed after inspection at our premises.

Cancellations (Distance Selling Regulations)

You may cancel your order within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter). While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the goods.

Failed Deliveries

  • Fireworks cannot be left unattended.

  • A signature from someone aged 18+ with valid ID is required.

  • If delivery cannot be completed as arranged, a £50 failed delivery charge will apply.

Seasonal Delivery Deadlines

To guarantee delivery for seasonal events, please order by:

  • Bonfire Night – before midday on 28th October

  • Christmas & New Year’s Eve – before midday on 19th December

Orders placed after these dates may still be delivered depending on location. Please check with us before ordering.
