Heston Fireworks Refund & Returns Policy
At Heston Fireworks, your satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to ensure you are happy with every purchase, which is why we offer a clear 7-day return policy for peace of mind.
Eligibility for a Return
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at management@hestonfireworks.com for authorisation. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

For fireworks, you must use a specialist hazardous goods courier to safely return the items. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Alternatively, we can arrange collection, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
We take quality seriously and check all items before dispatch. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us straight away so we can resolve the issue. Please ensure you only sign for the number of boxes received.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product (following the process above) and place a new order separately once your return has been authorised.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
